Key Responsibilities:

- Assistintheonboardingprocessfornewhires, includingpreparingdocumentationandconductingorientationsessions.
- Supportthedevelopmentandimplementationofrecruitmentstrategiestoattracttoptalent.
- Collaboratewithhiringmanagerstounderstandstaffingneedsanddevelopjobdescriptions.
- Maintainaccurateandup-to-datecandidaterecordsintheapplicanttrackingsystem.
- Provideadministrativesupportto the HRteamasneeded
Requirements:
• Stronginterestintalentacquisitionandhumanresources.
- Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateaminafast-pacedenvironment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Officesuite(Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Attentiontodetailandstrongorganizationalskills.
- Priorinternshiporworkexperience in HRorrecruitmentisaplus.
