Are you someone who loves people, energy, and events? We're looking for a proactive HRBP Intern to independently own our Rewards & Recognition initiatives!
📍 Location: In-office
🕒 Type: Full-time Internship
⏳ Duration: 3 months
📅 Start Date: Immediately (within 11th Aug – 15th Sep 2026)
As an HRBP Intern for Rewards & Recognition, you will be responsible for:
✅ Planning and executing employee recognition programs and celebrations end to end
✅ Owning logistics and coordination for engagement events and internal functions
✅ Creating and managing communication/content for R&R announcements
✅ Tracking and analyzing employee participation and engagement metrics
✅ Driving collaboration with cross-functional teams for event execution
Who can apply:
🎓 Students in 1st or 2nd year of college (any stream); female candidates preferred
🎤 Prior experience hosting/emceeing events (fests, workshops, cultural functions)
💬 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
📊 Basic proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
🙋♀️ Strong ownership mindset and creative flair
