🧠 Learns fast — asks questions, remembers the answers, and ideally doesn’t ask the same question 14 times. 😭

👀 Has insane observation skills + common sense — because sometimes the answer is literally sitting in front of you.

📊 Can handle Excel AND human psychology — yes, both. HR is basically data + people + figuring out why someone suddenly stopped replying.

🗣️ Isn’t scared of hierarchy — “Sir said it, so it must be right” is NOT a personality trait.

If something looks wrong, we want you to have the guts to say:
“I think we should rethink this.”

🤝 Has exceptional stakeholder management skills — you should know how to work with people without becoming a professional “Yes Sir” machine.

And most importantly…

HR can be taught.
The above cannot.
