We’re looking for HRBP Interns to join our team in Mumbai & Delhi and get hands-on exposure to the world of HR Business Partnering.

🌟 What You’ll Get to Work On
🤝 Partner with HRBPs and business stakeholders across the employee lifecycle
📊 Work on HR dashboards, people analytics and reports
🎯 Support performance management, talent reviews and promotion cycles
💡 Contribute to employee engagement and employee listening initiatives
🧩 Support managers and employees on HR processes and queries
🚀 Collaborate with HR teams across TA, Rewards, ER, L&D, D&I and HR Operations
📈 Turn people data into insights and actionable recommendations

🎯 Who We’re Looking For
• Recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, BBA, Psychology or a related field
• Strong interest in HRBP, Employee Experience & People Analytics
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with Excel, data and presentations
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn
• Organized, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

📍 Locations: Mumbai & Delhi

Duration : 3 months to 6 months
