Key Responsibilities:
• Support HRBPsinday-to-dayemployeelifecycleactivities(onboarding, engagement, exitformalities)
- Assistinmanagingemployeequeriesandensuringtimelyresolution
- Coordinatewithbusinessteamsandinternalstakeholders on HR-relatedmatters
- Supportexecution of HRinitiativessuchasengagementactivities, performancemanagement, andpolicyimplementation
- Mainta in HRdata, trackers, anddocumentationwithaccuracy
- Assistindrivingcomplianceandadherence to HRprocesses
Eligibility Criteria:
• Final-yearstudentsorrecentgraduates(anystream)
- Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills
