**Responsibilities: *
1)Understanding the Business Requirements&Exp in End to Endprocessinrecruitmentlifecycle
2)Responsibleforhandling End to Endhiringcycleforourclients.
3)Sourcingcandidatesfromvariousjobportalsandreferences.
4)Explainingjobstothecandidatesandgroomingthemfortheinterviews.
5)Followingupwithinternal&externalstakeholdersofthebusinesstoachievedesiredtargets.
6)Maintainingdataofthecandidatesandtheircandidatureforreferenceandmanagement'sreview.
*Candidate's Requirements: *
1)Goodverbal&writtencommunication.
