1. Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
2. Coordinate interviews with doctors and hospitals.
3. Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
4. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
5. Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
6. Achieve recruitment targets and deliver quality hiring support.
