Key Responsibilities:
*Handleclaimsrelatedtodisabilitymanagement.
*Determiningcustomer’sdisabilitycoverageandverifyingtheinformationavailableinthesystem.
*Providetimelyprocessingandadjudicationofclaims.
*Recordingandmaintainingdisabilityclaimsinformationinadatabasesystem.
*Abidedbythelawsandregulationsassociate with HIPAAandpatientconfidentiality.
*Auditotherteammember'sclaimsasneeded.
*Complyingwithfederal, state, andcompanyregulationsandpolicies.
*Performingotherclericaltasks, asrequired.
