Mani Group is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and energetic Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to join our growing team in Bhubaneswar on an immediate joining basis.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Welcome and assist walk-in customers and visitors
✔ Coordinate client appointments and site visits
✔ Handle customer inquiries and ensure a seamless experience
✔ Maintain visitor records and CRM updates
✔ Support Sales & Marketing activities and customer engagement programs
✔ Assist in events, launches, and customer meet initiatives
🎯 Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasing personality with a customer-centric approach
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, customer service, or front office operations is preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
