GTM Business Development Intern
We’re Hiring: GTM Interns at Mokuit 🌱
We’re looking for high-energy, curious, and execution-focused interns who want to experience what it really takes to build and scale a sustainable consumer & packaging brand from the ground up.
At Mokuit, we’re building around one simple belief: better choices should be easier to make whether it’s sustainable food packaging, everyday products, or plastic-free alternatives.
This is not just a short-term internship.
You’ll work directly with me, on our Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives from identifying customers and building partnerships to market research, sales outreach, new market development, and taking our products to businesses and consumers.
For the right people, we’re thinking long term. The internship has the potential to transition into a full-time role and an opportunity to become part of MOKUIT’s core founding team as we scale.
📍 Hiring in: Mumbai | Delhi NCR | Bengaluru
🎯 Role: GTM / Business Development Intern
🌱 Who should apply: Students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals who love startups, sustainability, sales, business building, and getting things done.
You don’t need to know everything on Day 1. But you should have ownership, curiosity, strong communication, and the hunger to build something meaningful from zero to one.

Interview advice
Going for the Sales role at Mokuit? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
