✍️ Creating campaign templates & communication journeys
🔍 Customer segmentation & campaign analysis
🔢 Working with numbers, data & performance metrics
What we’re looking for:
We need someone with experience in:
• CRM

• Strong with numbers & data handling
• Good communication & attention to detail
• 0–6 months experience

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at Park+? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
