🚨 We're hiring 2 Growth Interns at Sugarfit
If you can speak Kannada, Malayalam, or Telugu (and ideally more than one), and you want to work on something that actually moves the needle in people's health — this one's for you.
What you'll do:
Drive CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) installations for our users — talk to them, understand hesitations, get them set up and using it
Work directly with our Growth and Ops teams on outreach, calling, and follow-ups
Own your numbers — this is a fast-paced, output-driven role, not a "shadow and observe" internship
What we're looking for:
Fluent in Kannada, Malayalam, or Telugu (bonus if you speak more than one)
Comfortable talking to users on calls — clear communication > polished resume
Someone who can move fast, take ownership, and isn't afraid of targets
Prior experience in growth/ops/sales is a plus but not mandatory — attitude matters more
Why this internship: Strong performers will be absorbed into our full-time Ops or Growth team. This isn't a "make coffee and take notes" internship — you'll be running real outreach that impacts real health outcomes for thousands of users.

Going for the Marketing role at Sugarfit? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
