About us: Horizon Solutions builds AI-powered supply chain planning software trusted by 120+ planners across leading brands, helping them forecast demand, optimize inventory, and cut waste.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & UI Design Intern to join our team!

๐ Location: Remote
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐'๐น๐น ๐ฏ๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐ด:
-Designing intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for Horizon's platform
-Creating UI layouts, components, mockups, and design assets
-Creating creatives for our website, social media, events, and other marketing needs
-Creating explainer and product videos
-Editing videos of leadership for further amplification
-Translating complex supply chain workflows into clear, usable screens
-Maintaining a consistent design system, and iterating based on user feedback and data
-Staying on top of design trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฒ'๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐น๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ:
-A strong eye for visual design, layout, and typography
-Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Webflow, and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
-Someone who can juggle graphic design, UI design, video editing, and web work
-Self-starters who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

This internship is unpaid for the first month. Based on performance, it will be converted into a paid internship from the second month onward.

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Horizon Solutions? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story โ the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally โ it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something โ say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
