We need clean visuals and snappy edits for social media content. We take our mission seriously, but we have a absolute blast doing the creative work that brings it to life.

What you’ll be doing:
Graphic Design: Crafting sleek, eye-catching visual assets.
Video Editing: Cutting and designing raw footage into engaging stories, reels, and clips.
Social Media Creatives: Designing scroll-stopping content tailored for online platforms.
Bonus points (the brownie points!):
Hands-on videography skills- if you know how to operate a camera and frame a great shot, you’ll fit right in.

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Venture Center? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
