🔹 What You'll Do:
• Design creative assets across social media, email campaigns, presentations, and internal communications
• Translate ideas into thoughtful, on-brand visual experiences
• Contribute to visual strategy and creative thinking—not just final execution
• Maintain consistency while bringing fresh perspectives to the brand
• Manage projects independently and deliver on time
• Collaborate closely with design, content, and leadership teams
🔹 What We're Looking For:
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
• Ability to explain design decisions with confidence and clarity
• Ownership mindset and comfort working independently
• Openness to feedback and a desire to continuously improve
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience with Photoshop, After Effects, and/or Premiere Pro

• Previous experience in a startup or in-house design environment

Going for the Design role at The Talent Keepers? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
