I am looking for a creative, energetic, and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team for an exciting project-based opportunity in Patna.
📍 Location: Patna, Bihar
🏢 Work Mode: In-Office
💼 Job Type: Full-Time
💰 CTC: ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,40,000 per annum
📅 Working Days: 5 Days a Week
⏳ Project Duration: 10 Months (Can be extended as per project/company requirements)
⏰ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Skills & Requirements:
✅ Strong Graphic Designing skills
✅ Video Editing is mandatory
✅ Ability to create, edit, and manage visual content
✅ Basic Content Writing skills for creative work
✅ Available for event shoots and on-ground assignments
✅ Willingness to travel whenever if required within the city
✅ Must have your own laptop.
✅ Having your own two-wheeler will be an added advantage
✅ Camera handling/photography skills will be a plus point
✅ Freshers can apply

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at PAGC Foundation? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
