Required Skills:
Proficiency in CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop
Strong communication skills.
Ability to draft professional emails and communicate effectively through WhatsApp.
Good understanding of design principles with attention to detail.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.

Experience creating professional design layouts and technical drawings

Going for the Design role at Not specified? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
