- Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Canva (or similar design tools)
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of design and aesthetics
- Ability to create social media posts, banners, flyers, and marketing creatives
- Good communication skills
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and experienced candidates are both welcome

Going for the Design role at Nitin Pal? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
