💼 Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are welcome!)
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
✨ What You'll Create
🎯 Eye-catching social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & WhatsApp
🎯 Brochures, flyers, banners, standees, certificates & other marketing collateral
🎯 Professional PowerPoint presentations for sales, training & franchise meetings
🎯 Digital campaign creatives that drive engagement
🎯 Promotional videos and engaging social media reels
🎯 Visual content that keeps the MGrow brand consistent across every platform
🎯 What We're Looking For
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Canva Pro
✔ Strong PowerPoint presentation design skills
✔ Basic video editing using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
✔ Excellent understanding of typography, layouts, color theory & branding
✔ A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at MGrow? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
