We're excited to open applications for our Graphic Designer Internship and are looking for passionate designers who are eager to learn, create, and grow alongside an incredibly talented team.
1. Position: Graphic Designer Intern
2. Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
3. Duration: 6 Months
4. PPO Opportunity: High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time conversion based on performance and business requirements.
Who should apply?
->Students pursuing or recently graduated with a B.Des / M.Des (or equivalent design specialization)
->Individuals with a strong foundation in graphic design and visual storytelling
->Designers who enjoy working with Adobe Photoshop, exploring AI-powered creative tools, and building engaging digital experiences
->Candidates with an online portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, Instagram, Personal Website, etc.) showcasing their creativity

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Techolution? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
