Different countries, one shared goal: supporting education.
Compassion knows no borders, and neither should volunteering. The need to make a difference is all you need. People all over the world experience challenges, but people from different parts of the world can also contribute to overcoming these challenges. Human struggles and causes are common to all, regardless of the place they come from. Social causes demand the attention of all kinds of people with different views and ideas.
We are hiring people with different skills. Open positions for graphic designer, project manager interns, Social Media manager interns, PR and marketing interns , social media promoter interns , HR and volunteer management interns , content writing interns and fundraisers.
Education is viewed differently by each individual. People debate how the education system should be improved and how examinations should be conducted. Yet, one powerful idea remains the same: education should be available to all. Here at Pehchaan The Street School, we provide free education to underprivileged students seeking it. And you don't need to belong to or come from a certain country to help these students. We value the contributions that you can make through online volunteering posts like content writing, content creation, and fundraising, etc. Their circumstances should not define the limits of their future, just as our geographical borders shouldn't stop us from contributing. Every word you write and every act of kindness you do matters to us.

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Pehchaan The Street School? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
