Position: Graphic Designer Intern
📍 Location: Noida (Work from Office)
🕒 Internship: Full-Time
What You'll Do:
✨ Design social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
✨ Create website banners, promotional creatives, and marketplace images.
✨ Edit product images (background removal, color correction, shadow creation, etc.).
✨ Design marketing materials, advertisements, and branding assets.
✨ Work with the marketing and e-commerce teams on creative campaigns.
Requirements:
✔ Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
✔ Creativity with a good understanding of typography, colors, and layouts.
✔ Knowledge of image editing and social media design.
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
✔ Portfolio or sample work will be an added advantage.
Selection Process:
Candidates are required to complete a short Graphic Design Assessment before the interview.

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Kimakshi Women Fashions? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
