Gradonline is looking for a Graphic Designer Intern to join our creative team!
As a Graphic Designer Intern, you’ll get the opportunity to work on real-world marketing campaigns, social media creatives, promotional materials, and branding projects while developing your design skills and building a strong portfolio.
What You’ll Be Working On:
🎨 Creating creative and engaging social media posts, banners, posters, and promotional designs
📈 Designing creatives for marketing and lead-generation campaigns
🤝 Working closely with the Marketing & Content Team to understand campaign requirements
✨ Maintaining consistency in brand identity across different platforms
💡 Bringing fresh and innovative ideas to our visual content
🔄 Making design modifications based on feedback and campaign requirements
🔥 Exploring current design trends and incorporating them into creatives
Qualification:
Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic to good knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
Strong sense of design, colour, typography, and visual composition
Creative mindset with good attention to detail
Willingness to learn and experiment with new design concepts
Good communication skills and the ability to work within deadlines
Freshers are welcome to apply!
A portfolio or sample work will be an added advantage

Going for the Design role at Gradonline Pvt Ltd? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
