Future Ready Foundation is looking for a Graphic Designer (Unpaid & Onsite) to join our team in Gurugram.
If Photoshop & Canva are your playground and you love storytelling through design - this is for you!
What you'll do:
✨ Conceptualize & design graphics for social media, websites & presentations
✨ Create posters, banners, brochures & awareness campaign creatives
✨ Design infographics, layouts, illustrations & promotional materials
✨ Maintain visual consistency across digital & offline platforms
✨ Collaborate with Marketing, Content & Outreach teams
✨ Own projects from concept to final output
What we're looking for:
✔️ A strong portfolio (student projects / personal work / freelance work - all count!)
✔️ Photoshop & Canva is a MUST, Illustrator is a plus
✔️ Good understanding of design principles, formats & current trends
✔️ Creativity, attention to detail & visual storytelling skills
✔️ Good with G Suite, English & meeting deadlines
✔️ Currently pursuing/recently completed degree in Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Graphic Design

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Future Ready Foundation? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
