Requirements:
✅ Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Canva
✅ Ability to create social media posts, reels, banners & marketing creatives
✅ Basic video editing skills will be an advantage
✅ Creative mindset with attention to detail
✅ Real estate marketing experience is a plus

- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
