Are you passionate about creating eye-catching designs that make an impact? We're looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design social media creatives, banners, flyers & marketing materials
✅ Create engaging product and branding visuals
✅ Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns
✅ Maintain brand consistency across all designs
✅ Deliver high-quality work within deadlines
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Coreldraw & Canva (Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus)
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Knowledge of social media design trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• 1–3 years of experience preferred (Freshers with an excellent portfolio are also welcome)

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Code Crafter Web Solutions? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
