Graphic Designer
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Ayniks Marketing.
We’re looking for someone who is creative, passionate about design, and comfortable using AI tools to improve workflow and content creation.
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Experience using AI tools for design and content creation
• Basic knowledge of AI video creation
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Understanding of social media creatives and current design trends
• Ability to deliver quality work on time
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Portfolio is mandatory
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Salary will be reviewed after 3 months based on performance.
Work mode: Full-Time
Location: Ahmedabad
Start: Immediate

Going for the Design role at Ayniks Marketing? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
