What you will work on :
- Design packaging, brochures, leaflets, visual aids, cartons, and marketing collateral for pharma/FMCG companies
- Prepare print-ready files and ensure production accuracy
- Collaborate with clients and the production team to deliver high-quality outputs
- Understand printing specifications, layouts and color management
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW
- Strong understanding of print design and typography
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects
- Prior experience in print, packaging, or advertising is a plus
Location : Sadashiv Peth, Pune (Full-time, On-site role)

Going for the Design role at Amity Prints? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
