We're looking for a Graphic Designer who has:

✨ Experience creating engaging social media creatives, ad creatives, and marketing collateral
✨ A creative mindset with the ability to think beyond trends
✨ Experience in D2C, FMCG, Wellness, Beauty, or Lifestyle brands is a plus

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Ace Blend? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
