We're looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Design Intern to join our team and gain hands-on industry experience.
Eligibility (Mandatory)
✅ BFA or Diploma in Graphic Design/Designing
✅ Freshers are encouraged to apply
Required Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design
• Ability to create social media creatives and marketing designs
• Basic knowledge of branding and visual storytelling
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at WAAYU? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
