Graphic Design Intern
Looking for a Graphic Design Intern.
A little full circle moment for me. 🥹
I started my career as a graphic designer. My very first job was in graphic design, and I remember being at the beginning of my journey, learning by doing, figuring things out and slowly discovering what I was capable of.
Today, I’m on the other side of that journey, looking for someone who is just getting started.
You’ll be joining LNGVTY, a funded, early stage skincare startup, and working closely with me across brand, social, campaigns, ads, website, Amazon and launches.
But more than just executing designs, I want you to think.
I’m looking for someone who is:
→ Curious
→ Hungry to learn
→ Has a great eye
→ Willing to experiment
→ Not afraid to have opinions
→ Genuinely wants to get really good at design
Your portfolio doesn’t need to be perfect.
I care much more about potential, curiosity and hunger.
Sometimes, all someone needs is their first real opportunity.
Maybe I get to be that person for you. 🫶🏻

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at LNGVTY? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
