Who Can Apply?
✔ Graphic Design students and fresh graduates
✔ Candidates with knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, or similar design tools
✔ Creative individuals with a passion for branding, digital creatives, social media, packaging, and visual storytelling
Candidates Must Bring:

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Lino Perros? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
