๐ก A small reminder for every job seeker:
You don't need to be perfect before applying.
Many candidates wait until they match 100% of the requirements.
Meanwhile, others apply, learn, improve, and grow through the process.
Sometimes the opportunity you're looking for is hidden behind the application you're hesitating to submit.

Interview advice
Going for this role at ADANI GROUP? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each โ then tie every answer back to them.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds โ education, one standout achievement, why this role โ instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
