About the Role -
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to can join our growing Talent Acquisition Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the APAC region, supporting hiring initiatives for leading IT, Technology, BFSI, and Fintech organizations.
Key Responsibilities -
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
✅ Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, networking, social media, and other channels.
✅ Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and manage offer rollouts.
✅ Handle both Permanent and Contract hiring requirements across multiple domains.
✅ Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent database.
✅ Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.
✅ Conduct salary negotiations and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
✅ Track and achieve recruitment KPIs and performance targets.
✅ Support hiring requirements across PAN India and APAC geographies.
Desired Skills & Qualifications -
✔ 0–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
✔ Strong exposure to IT, Technology, BFSI, Fintech,and niche hiring.
✔ Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
✔ Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
