ExtroVision Digital Solution is looking for a smart, curious, and execution-focused developer whose core strength is WordPress, but whose mindset goes far beyond one platform.

We need someone who can build solid WordPress websites, explore new tech when required, and use AI tools to ship faster, smarter, and better.

💻 What You’ll Build
🔹 Custom WordPress websites
Themes, plugins, performance optimization, security hardening, and scalable builds.
🔹 Custom tools & dashboards
Internal apps, client portals, automation systems, and solutions beyond standard websites.
🔹 API integrations
Third-party tools, payment systems, CRMs, automation platforms, and custom workflows.
🔹 Project-specific tech solutions
We are not a one-stack company. Every project may need something new, and we want someone excited to learn and adapt.

🛠 Must-Have Skills
✅ Strong WordPress development knowledge
PHP, hooks, custom themes, plugins, and backend customization — not just page builders.
✅ Front-end fundamentals
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive layouts, and clean UI implementation.
✅ Database & deployment basics
MySQL, Git, hosting environments like cPanel, Hostinger, VPS, and basic server handling.
✅ Real project experience
You should have built and delivered actual websites or tools.

🚀 Bonus Skills
⭐ React, Vue, or any modern JavaScript framework
⭐ Node.js or willingness to learn backend beyond PHP
⭐ Experience with Supabase, Vercel, Firebase, or similar modern tools
⭐ Ability to quickly learn new technologies when a project demands it
⭐ Understanding of website speed, security, and scalable architecture

🤖 AI-Native Developer Preferred
We are looking for someone who actively uses AI to improve development speed and quality.
You should be comfortable with tools like:
⚡ Claude
⚡ Cursor
⚡ GitHub Copilot
⚡ ChatGPT
⚡ AI-based debugging, code generation, automation, and documentation workflows
Bonus if you can integrate AI features into client projects such as chatbots, automations, API-based AI tools, and smart workflows.

💼 Job Details

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on skill, experience, and project capability)
