About Staffinix
Staffinix is building an AI-powered recruitment automation platform for the US IT Staffing industry. The product will automate job requirement extraction, resume intelligence, candidate matching, ATS resume optimization, and recruiter workflow automation.
Role
We are looking for 4 enthusiastic AI/ML & Full-Stack Developer Interns to work on this real-world product from the ground up.
What You Will Work On
- Build AI-powered Job Description and resume parsing.
- Develop candidate matching and recommendation systems.
- Work with LLMs, embeddings, NLP and vector search.
- Develop Python/FastAPI backend APIs.
- Build React-based recruiter dashboards.
- Work with PostgreSQL and structured/unstructured data.
- Develop ATS-friendly resume tailoring workflows.
- Build recruiter email draft automation.
- Perform API, AI and application testing.
- Use Git/GitHub and Docker for development and deployment.
