🚀 I'm Hiring: Full Stack Developer Interns (Forward-Deployed, AI-Native)
At my team, AI isn't a nice-to-have. We've built a real AI engineering harness around Claude Code and Codex, not just tool access, an actual workflow our whole team runs on every day. I'm looking for full-stack developer interns who want to work the same way: forward-deployed on real, live product work from day one, not sandboxed toy projects.
✨ What you'll do:
🔹 Ship real features on real production platforms
🔹 Build and extend MERN + Next.js applications end-to-end
🔹 Develop APIs and backend services under mentorship
🔹 Work inside our AI engineering harness, using Claude Code and Codex as daily dev tools, not novelties.
🔹 Follow the same live engineering workflow as the full-time team: PRs, code review, real standards from day one
🧠 What I'm looking for:
✅ Solid Data Structures & Algorithms fundamentals
✅ Familiarity with the MERN stack (React.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB)
✅ Genuine curiosity about AI-assisted development and AI-driven workflows
✅ Comfortable being thrown into real, ambiguous problems
✅ Strong communication and teamwork
✅ Personal projects, open-source work, or AI experiments are a big plus.
⭐ Bonus: Exposure to Next.js, generative AI, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, web performance, or SEO

Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, Microservices Database: MongoDB, MySQL, Redis

Interview advice
Going for the Software Engineer role at Mordor Intelligence? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Revise core data structures and be ready to explain the logic in your best project line by line — interviewers care more about how you reason than which language you used.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
