We're Hiring: Full Stack Developer (React.js & Node.js)
Baseline IT Development

Experience: 0–6 Months (Freshers)
Qualification: BCA / B.Tech (IT, Computer Science, or related IT Background)

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Full Stack Developer Freshers with a strong interest in Backend Development. If you're eager to learn, work on real-time projects, and build scalable web applications, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Design and develop robust backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Integrate frontend components with backend services.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB or MySQL.
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and security.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Follow coding standards, version control (Git), and best development practices.

Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Good understanding of Node.js and Express.js.
• Familiarity with MongoDB and RESTful APIs.
• Basic understanding of Git/GitHub.
• Knowledge of API integration and asynchronous programming.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Eligibility
• BCA or B.Tech graduates from an IT/Computer Science background only.
• 0–6 months of experience (Freshers are welcome).
• 6 months of mandatory training before confirmation.
• Passion for backend development and continuous learning.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
