What You'll Do
- Build real product features
- Work with modern web technologies and APIs
- Collaborate closely with the product and engineering team
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity
- Take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion
- Learn how products are built in a fast-moving startup environment

Interview advice
Going for the Software Engineer role at Pynker? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Revise core data structures and be ready to explain the logic in your best project line by line — interviewers care more about how you reason than which language you used.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
