Core Responsibilities And Work:
Building and maintaining modern web applications and high-performance UIs.
Rapidly prototyping and shipping new features while collaborating with designers.
Working with modern AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Lovable, etc.).
Core Requirements
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Ability to integrate APIs and write clean code with strong problem-solving skills.

Going for the Software Engineer role at Stravio Media? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Revise core data structures and be ready to explain the logic in your best project line by line — interviewers care more about how you reason than which language you used.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
