1. Frontend Developer (0–2 yrs)
→ React / Next.js, clean component thinking, an eye for detail
→ You'll build the interfaces founders actually make decisions on
2. UI/UX Designer — Figma (0–2 yrs)
→ Strong Figma craft, wireframes to polished systems
→ You'll shape how complex insight becomes something simple to use
