We are launching an exciting new T-shirt brand and are looking for a talented Freelance Designer based in Pune to join us on this creative journey.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in graphic design, illustration, branding, digital art, or related creative fields.
- Ability to conceptualize and develop original design ideas with a distinct creative perspective.
- Strong portfolio showcasing self-created work and creative problem-solving.
- Appreciation for contemporary design trends while maintaining originality.
- Preference will be given to candidates whose work reflects independent thinking and artistic authenticity rather than AI-generated, replicated, or heavily referenced designs.
💰 Compensation:
Market-standard freelance compensation based on experience and project scope.
📍 Pune-based designers preferred.

- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
