Finance Operations Intern
We're growing the finance team at Finfully, in Bengaluru. We're hiring for 3 roles.
We work on the finances of fast-growing startups: accounting, compliance, reconciliations and reporting. If you like books that tie out and returns filed on time, you'll fit right in.
1. Finance Operations Intern (2 openings)
→ Paid internship, with full-time roles for top performers
→ For B.Com, M.Com or CA Inter students and freshers
→ Learn bookkeeping, reconciliations, GST and TDS hands-on
2. Finance Operations Associate, Accounting & Compliance (1 opening)
→ 1–3 years in a CA firm or a startup finance team
→ Own bookkeeping, reconciliations, Compliances and Financial reporting
→ Strong on fundamentals, with hands-on experience in Zoho Books or similar
3. Finance Operations Manager, Chartered Accountant (1 opening)
→ Qualified CA with 3–6 years of experience
→ Own the books and compliance for a portfolio of companies
→ Review the team's work, run the month-end close, and be the go-to person on accounting and tax questions
Across all three: we use modern tools, including AI, in our everyday work. You don't need prior experience with them, just curiosity and a sharp eye for when a number doesn't look right.

Interview advice
Going for the Finance role at Finfully? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Revise the fundamentals — the three financial statements and how they connect — and be ready to explain one concept like working capital in simple words.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
