About SuperClan
SuperClan builds the physical side of internet culture. We’ve made merch for Anuv Jain, Zakir Khan, Armaan Malik and Shreya Ghoshal. We do product supply and design for Skechers, Puma, District and SuperKicks. Design, production, e-commerce, delivery — we run the whole chain. Five years in. Small team. Everything we make, ships.

The role in one line
- You keep SuperClan’s numbers accurate and current — what’s come in, what’s gone out, what’s pending, and what it all means.

What you’ll actually do
- Raise and manage customer and vendor invoices in Zoho Books.
- Track receivables and payables, and flag what’s ageing every week.
- Reconcile bank and payment gateway entries against the books.
- Pull Shopify order and sales data into weekly performance reports.
- Maintain the MIS in Google Sheets so a founder can read it in two minutes.
- Spot where we’re spending more than we should.

What we’re looking for
- You’re careful. Small errors bother you.
- Strong Google Sheets — formulas, lookups, clean formatting.
- You know what an invoice, a receivable and a reconciliation actually are.
- You can explain a number, not just report it.
- Any degree, final year or done. Commerce background helps, isn’t required.
Bonus: Zoho Books, Tally or similar · Shopify or e-commerce exposure · You’ve built a dashboard someone else actually used.

What you’ll walk away with
- How a real P&L is built and read.  Reconciliation, receivables and payables in a live business.
- E-commerce and D2C finance operations.
- Reporting that founders make decisions on. Why this is worth three months
- You work directly with the three founders. Nobody sits between you and the decision.
- Your work goes live. Nothing here dies in a deck.
- Small team means real scope — you’ll touch things people wait two years to touch elsewhere.
- Three months, then a full-time offer if you’re good. We’d rather keep you than search again.

The details
- Location - Andheri East, Mumbai · In office
- Type - Full time internship, 3 months · PPO based on performance
- Hours - Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Stipend - ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on fit
