Finance Intern
We're hiring a Finance Intern at Multidimensions Mechatronics Pvt. Ltd. This role is an excellent opportunity for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to gain hands-on experience in our industrial property acquisition initiative, contributing to a strategic expansion project.
What you'll do:
✅ Scout industrial land, factories, warehouses, and sheds across Bangalore's major industrial corridors (Peenya, Bommasandra, Jigani, Dobbaspet, Harohalli, KIADB zones, etc.).
✅ Conduct field visits, evaluate properties, and coordinate with brokers and industrial property consultants.
✅ Research Production Linked Incentive (PLI) schemes, MSME subsidies, KIADB allotments, and other Central & Karnataka Government incentives applicable to the manufacturing sector.
✅ Perform financial feasibility analysis, including lease vs. purchase comparisons and total cost of ownership.
✅ Prepare property trackers, comparative reports, and present recommendations to the leadership team.
