Things Alive Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive – Fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team in Bangalore.

✨ Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
🏢 Department: Finance & Accounts
👤 Reporting To: Finance Manager / Senior Finance Executive

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Record purchase, sales, expense, receipt, and payment transactions
• Prepare and process customer invoices and vendor bills
• Assist with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations
• Assist with GST and TDS-related activities
• Support monthly closing and financial reporting
• Track receivables and payables
• Assist with expense verification and employee reimbursements
• Support internal/statutory audits and tax-related requirements
• Maintain accounting records using Excel and accounting software
• Prepare MIS reports as required
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for finance-related activities

🔹 Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of Accounting & Finance
• Understanding of Debit, Credit, Journal Entries, Ledger & Trial Balance
• Basic understanding of GST & TDS
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and take ownership

🎓 Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance / BBM / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
Candidates pursuing or having completed relevant professional accounting courses will be an advantage.

⭐ Preferred Knowledge
• Tally / Zoho Books / SAP or other accounting software
• Advanced Excel / Power BI
• Basic understanding of Financial Statements
• Exposure to GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance
