🚨 We’re Hiring | Finance Accountant – O2C
Oliva Skin, Hair & Body Clinics is looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Finance Accountant – O2C to manage end-to-end Order to Cash operations across our multi-state clinic network.
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Collections & receipt accounting (B2C)
✔ Sales vs Collections reconciliation
✔ Bank accounting & BRS
✔ Petty cash review & accounting
✔ Bill cancellation & refund controls
✔ Ensuring strong internal controls & compliance
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
0–3 years of experience in O2C / Revenue Accounting (Retail or Healthcare preferred). Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Strong expertise in B2C revenue accounting & bank reconciliation
Hands-on ERP experience (MSD preferred)
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Strong analytical & reconciliation skills
Preferred Hindi-speaking candidates
🎓 Qualification:
B.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred
Work Schedule: 5 days a week
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
