Roles&Responsibilities:
• Visitcustomersbasedoncompany-providedleads.
- Traveltocustomerlocationsandconductpropertydiscussions.
- Explaincommercialpropertyfeatures, benefits, andinvestmentopportunities.
- Buildtrustandmaintainstrongcustomerrelationships.
- Arrangeandcoordinatepropertysitevisits.
- Followupwithprospectivecustomersandaddresstheirqueries.
- Convincecustomersandclosepropertysales.
- Achievemonthlysalestargetsandmaintainsalesrecords.
- Coordinatewithinternalteamstoensureasmoothcustomerexperience.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Freshersandexperiencedcandidatesarewelcometoapply.
- Mustownabikeandpossessavaliddrivinglicense.
- Comfortablewithextensivefieldtravelandcustomermeetings.
- Goodcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.

Salary&Benefits:
• CTC: 25, 000 permonth
- In-h and Salary: Approximately 21, 200 permonth(after PF&ESIdeductions)
