We are expanding our team and looking for Field Recruiters in Kolkata for #Zepto operations.
🔎 Key Requirements:
- Manage**rider hiring**for last-mile delivery operations across assigned stores/locations.
- Conduct**field visits**and source candidates through local market hiring, referrals, vendors, and RMPs.
- Achieve**daily and weekly rider hiring targets**as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with**Store Captains / Store Managers**to understand rider manpower requirements.
- Generate leads through**field sourcing, walk-ins, referrals, and local hiring activities**.
- Complete the**onboarding (OB) process**, documentation, and verification within the required timeline.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure they complete onboarding and join the store.
- Maintain daily hiring trackers and share**hiring, OB, and joining reports**.
- Focus on hiring for**critical/broken stores**where rider availability is low.
- Conduct regular**follow-up calling**with candidates to improve joining conversion.
- Coordinate with vendors/RMPs and internal teams to close manpower gaps.
- Monitor**rider attrition and replacement hiring**for assigned stores.
- Ensure hiring quality and reduce early attrition after onboarding.
- Achieve**daily FL productivity and hiring conversion targets**.
- Share daily updates on**leads, interviews, OB, joining, and pending candidates**.

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 NTH per month

Interview advice
