📌 JOB DETAILS
👩 Position: Female HR Executive
📍 Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
🏢 Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office
⏰ Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives
🎯 Experience: 0–3 Years
🔥 Immediate Joiners Preferred
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
✅ Source candidates through job portals & social media
✅ Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
✅ Schedule and coordinate interviews
✅ Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities
✅ Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
✅ Follow up with shortlisted candidates
✅ Coordinate joining & onboarding processes
✅ Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports
✅ Support HR operations and employee coordination
✅ Achieve recruitment targets within deadlines
⭐ REQUIRED SKILLS
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Good interpersonal & convincing abilities
✔ Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
✔ Comfortable with phone calls and candidate follow-ups
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
✔ Ability to work with recruitment targets
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Good team-management and coordination skills
🌟 PREFERRED
- Previous HR / Recruitment / Telecalling experience
- Experience with Naukri, Indeed or other job portals
- Knowledge of LinkedIn recruitment
- Basic knowledge of HR documentation
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
